All items purchased from DeVoteD DVD are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We ship items in good faith and rely on the honesty and integrity of our various carriers to deliver the goods to you as addressed. As a general rule, DeVoteD DVD will not be held responsible for shipments that go missing or items that go missing from shipments. At our sole discretion, depending on the shipping destination and your history with DeVoteD DVD, we would however hope to be able to achieve a mutually satisfactory resolution to any such situation.

However, DeVoteD DVD does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by DeVoteD DVD itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. If an item is incorrectly listed below our cost price, DeVoteD DVD reserves the right to cancel any or part of the order.

DeVoteD DVD Charges for goods in AUD and for international customers this is changed to your local currency by the bank which may charge additional fee’s. Please check with your bank prior to purchase.

AUTOMATIC ORDER CANCELATIONS

Any orders placed with DeVoteD DVD that are not fulfilled and or paid within 90 days of placement will be cancelled without notice.
Most orders are fulfilled within 2-3 weeks depending on suppliers.
