2. You then purchase the item from us and we ship it directly to your customer.

Specifically, you will enter the order through your drop ship account, keep the billing address as your name, Simply copy and paste your customers shipping address into the drop ship address box (No Manual re-typing in the customers details.), Select your method of payment* (credit card or PayPal) or Pre-pay account and we will take care of the rest!

1. Easier payment: When your account gets down to a certain limit we will manually charge your card on file an agreed pre-determined amount, alternatively we do accept payments through PayPal.  These payments must made prior to orders being placed and are added to your DeVoteD DVD account credit. When orders are placed the value of the order is automatically deducted from the credit on your DeVoteD DVD account.
2. Stock holding. If you are selling multiple copies of 1 title we will keep a QTY of titles in stock. This is to ensure minimal delay in shipping out your order.
   (usually stock arrives within 5-7 business days. some as little as 3 days.)
3. Promotion extensions: If a title is on Sale for a limited time we will order in excess stock prior to finishing to allow you the benefit of selling the item at a reduced price for Longer.(however limits may apply)
4. Return Address Option to have the return address as your own.
5. Exclusive Price Promotions.From Time To time DeVoteD DVD may offer you exclusive price promotions.

If you have some HOT titles you can negotiate a better price including the shipping costs to ship direct to your customers or a even better price shipping direct to you..  

Discount: To receive the discount 5% you need to join the Pre-Pay account or have your first 10 orders (If under $1000) shipped out, after your 10th order has shipped out your account will be set up for the 5% discount.
Pre-Pay accounts automatically receive the 5% discount from the start.

Return Address: When joining up for the Pre-Pay account please let us know if you would like the return address option.

DeVoteD DVD strongly recommends selecting the Drop Ship option during the checkout. This is on the Shipping page for Australian Customers. This version is covered for loss and damage during transit as this is shipped as Registered post in a padded bag. We also remove any paperwork from the parcel. 

You can select to have your orders shipped standard delivery however this is not our recommended option especially for eBay transactions. In the rare instance where a parcel is not received by the recipient, DeVoteD DVD will work with you to have the parcel located however we do not replace parcels if they are deemed lost in transit if sent to a different address than to the "bill to" address. We certainly recommend using a delivery option where a signature is obtained upon delivery.

You are also able to view the tracking details online (If you have selected Drop Ship / Express post service).

However if you let us know what you expect to sell (this is not meaning you must purchase all titles) this way we can allocate you the stock to ensure that there are no or minimum delays in shipping orders once placed.
