Unfortunately it has become necessary to charge your card when the order is placed. This is due to a large amount of orders being declined when charging and or not paid for when bank transfer or Cheque or money order is selected.

Stock will NOT be ordered until Paid For this includes Cheque / Money orders and Bank Transfers.

Credit Cards are Charged within 24 hrs (This excludes weekends)

DeVoteD DVD will be trialing a new system that when we charge your card on placing the order and if your card is approved we will assign a store credit of 1% to your account.

If an item is out of stock. It generally takes up to 10 days to arrive in from the supplier.

Pre-orders and Price Promotions are also best to order at least more than 10 days prior to guarantee first shipment of stock on the release date.

Placing orders less than 10 business days before the release date may delay the actual shipment of your order.

If the title is in stock will be shipped out the next business day. Whilst DeVoteD DVD carries a large range of DVDs in stock it is impractible to carry every item advertised on our website.

Statistics show if your title is not in stock 95% of orders are shipped within 10 business days, however If your title is out of stock with the supplier this may take longer. If your item is on order for more than 10 days feel free to email us and we will endeavor to get a date from the supplier.
