To assure prompt and accurate credit on
returned merchandise, we ask that you follow these steps:
- A return authorization number must be obtained by
contacting our Customer Service Department. This
authorization number is valid for only thirty (30) days from
invoice date.
- The authorization number must be clearly written on each
package. If this number is not on your package it will be
refused.
Credit or adjustment is given on mistakes that are our
fault, provided you contact our Customer Service Department
@ (03) 9436 4566 or return@devoteddvd.com.au within five (5)
days from receipt of merchandise.
- Returns for which the customer ordered incorrectly, will
be charged for freight and freight return.
- We do not refund the shipping portion (Between $2 - $7 for
Free Standard Shipping.) of the order for delays that are
outside our control. The customer is able to return the
goods to us if arrived to late for a refund however the
freight for the return is the customers responsibility.
- Absolutely NO returns accepted unless the merchandise is
in original shrink wrap in new condition. Credit will not be
issued for returned material that has been marked, altered,
or abused.
- Returns must be packaged in the same way the item is
received in. (You are welcome to upgrade the packaging to
protect the item) However if this is returned not in the
same way (or better) and damaged through the post. DeVoteD
DVD has the right to reject the return and charge
appropriate shipping costs for the return.
- All returns must include a written explanation and a copy
of the invoice or packing list.
- NO returns are accepted COD. Send all returns prepaid and
insured for current value.
Absolutely NO returns are accepted after thirty (30) days
from date of invoice.
- Returns that are approved by management after thirty (30) days
from date of invoice will be charged a $2 handling fee pre title.
- Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to
your Post Office office immediately. Then contact us so that
we can reship the merchandise and place a claim. Keep
damaged goods and containers until notified otherwise.

| Inspect the package upon delivery. If damage
is evident, have the Freight Agent make note of the condition.
Open your order immediately and check the contents against your
enclosed invoice. Any claim for damaged merchandise must be
filed within five (5) days. Save the package that the shipment
arrived in. DeVoteD has many options for shipping; unpadded
envelope, tough bag, padded bag, Cardboard packaging and internal Sleeve. We
recommend using a padded bag with Sleeve for normal items and Cardboard box for collector items and box sets for maximum protection,
particularly for international orders. If the disc or case is
scratched using a Cardboard Box with Sleeve, we will gladly pay for
shipping in both directions for the exchange. If you select
unpadded envelope, tough bag or padded bag without a sleeve and the item is damage in transit
you will need to pay for the shipping back to us as well as a
handling fee for a replacement.
International Damaged Items; Due to increased postage costs
we are unable to offer a refund on return postage. Postage for
damaged items is upto the purchaser top pay to return the goods
for a swap over or refund. |

| All merchandise should be inspected upon
receipt. If found defective, call our Customer Service
Department at (03) 9436 4566 or defective@devoteddvd.com.au for
an adjustment and/or return approval number. Be sure you have
our invoice or packing list when you call. We will make a
satisfactory adjustment on all unused, defective merchandise if
we are notified within five (5) days of our invoice date. |

Lost

All items purchased from DeVoteD DVD are made
pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of
loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to
the carrier.
We ship items in good faith and rely on the honesty and
integrity of our various carriers to deliver the goods to you as
addressed. As a general rule, DeVoteD DVD will not be held
responsible for shipments that go missing or items that go
missing from shipments. At our sole discretion, depending on the
shipping destination and your history with DeVoteD DVD, we would
however hope to be able to achieve a mutually satisfactory
resolution to any such situation. |
