Shipping Calculation?
Shipping charges are calculated per disc, rather than per DVD. However, the number of discs used for freight purposes is not necessarily equal to the number of actual discs. For example, most 2 disc Special Editions are still classed as one disc - its when the packaging starts becoming bigger or heavier that the prices increase. Most 6 disc box sets (Band Of Brothers for example) are charged as 4 discs. You will be able to see how many discs are used for freight purposes on the Product detail page.

When Will my item ship what if pre-order and back cat or out of stock.

Please ensure pre-orders / pre-order specials are placed 2 weeks before the release date. This is to ensure delivery on the release date.

If your DVD is out of stock it will need to be ordered in from the supplier. Orders are Automatically raised with the major suppliers on a daily basis and generally take a week from placement to arrive in. However some suppliers (marks on the product page) do take longer to arrive in and some suppliers placed on a monthly basis.
If the item is out of stock at the supplier this will take longer. Please feel free to email us for an ETA.

From time to time discs become loose in transit. DeVoteD DVD accepts no responsibility if discs become loose or damaged. Please request this service at the checkout.

•   Sleeve $0.35 cents per ship weight.

  Standard Shipping

Single Items (Multiple single ship weights)

•   Shipment in a un-padded envelope - $1.40 per order plus 75cents per additional ship weight over 1.5.
•   Shipment in a Padded Bag - $1.50 per order plus 85cents per additional ship weight weight over 1.5.
•   Shipment in a Cardboard Box - $1.95 per order plus 95cents per additional ship weight weight over 1.5. (max 2 slimline DVD)

Box Sets (Items with ship weight of 2 or more)

•   Box sets can not be shipped in unpadded envelope and padded bag must be selected.

Express Post $4.95 per order plus 95 cents per additional ship weight weight over 1.5.

DeVoteD DVD reserves the right to downgrade shipping if Express is selected with multiple release dates or hold stock once shipped to ship when other stock arrives in.
If bulk orders / high cost order is placed using Express Shipping the item may be shipped registered shipping.

Registered Post $4.50 Per Order*

Please Note: Registered Post is recommended on high value items or items with 4 or more units shipping at the same time. Large orders that ship over multiple days may be downgraded to normal standard shipping.

DeVoteD DVD are unable to hold shipments to ship together and reserves the right to alter shipping.

Air mail service is generally very good, however it is not unusual for international mail to be delayed. As you can imagine thousands of items go through the mail system daily and can be subject to being miss-directed and/or miss-sorted, as well as a possible hold ups in customs. 

Unfortunately these hold ups are beyond our control. We must allow at least 6 weeks before we can order an investigation by Australia Post for any late delivery, If it does not arrive after 4 weeks email missing@devoteddvd.com.au (please do NOT email before 4 weeks).

All international order's are excluded from our 10% GST. This is automatically deducted at the checkout page.

This facility is used by people who sell our products on various auctions sites such as Ebay, and have DeVoteD DVD ship directly to the auction winner. This facility is used by many of our customers internationally and locally here in Australia.

If you are a interstate customer and intend to collect from our MILL PARK store in Victoria. To avoid this to be shipped out as stated above. You MUST also make note in the order comments stating you wish to collect from our store in Victoria
